3. Skills Required:

Patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate complex riding techniques clearly and safely.

4. Requalification:

DAS Instructor Procedure

Advanced Training & Licensing:

To become a DAS Instructor, you need to have a valid Category A licence, typically after passing the DAS, which grants access to larger motorcycles.

Teaching Full Motorcycle Licence:

DAS Instructors teach students seeking their full motorcycle licence. This includes more advanced riding skills and focuses on preparing students for the practical and theory tests required for licensing.

Training for Different Levels:

DAS Instructors cater to a variety of learners, from those new to motorcycles to more advanced riders preparing for their road tests. Instructors must adapt to different learning paces and ensure learners are equipped to handle complex riding situations.

Like CBT Instructors, DAS Instructors must regularly update their certifications. This includes attending workshops and remaining informed about the latest safety guidelines and road regulations.
