How long we keep information

Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Electronic records are stored securely for a period of up to seven years, unless otherwise requested by the customer, after which they are safely deleted. Paper records, including CBT or other official certification documents, are retained for up to two years and are stored in a locked, secure location with restricted access. Once the applicable retention period has expired, all records are securely destroyed.
